Fantastic help, tiny snag!

Saved about 20% on the Annual Unlimited Plan, and it's been so helpful, though I wish it integrated with insurance more directly!

Detailed review of my experience

I purchased the Self-Guided EMDR Program a few weeks ago, specifically for some past trauma. The ordering process was simple on their website, and I got immediate access after payment. The program itself is laid out step-by-step, making it easy to follow even for someone new to EMDR. I particularly liked the Progress Tracking Dashboard, which helped me visualize my improvements. I did have a question about one of the exercises and used their online support, they replied within a day with a clear answer. The quality of the video and audio instructions was consistently good. I felt it provided a safe and structured environment to work through some difficult emotions on my own schedule, which is important for me. Overall, a solid experience that delivered on its promise.

Consistently reliable service

I've been a subscriber for about six months now, mostly using the Anxiety Relief and Sleep Improvement Programs. This time, I tried the Relationship Trauma Module. Just like my previous experiences, it was easy to access and the content was well-structured. The platform has been really consistent, always working without issues. It's why I keep renewing my subscription; I know what I'm getting.

Good value, minor tech glitch

I signed up for the Annual Unlimited Plan after trying the free access. The content for the Depression Management Module was helpful and a good value compared to therapy costs. The platform generally worked well, but I had a small issue with video playback freezing once or twice, which was a bit annoying. Customer service was responsive, though, and got it sorted.

Helped with my anxiety a lot

I tried the Anxiety Relief Program last month because I was feeling super stressed. It was pretty easy to use, just followed the steps. I felt a lot calmer after a few sessions, which was great. The whole thing felt really straightforward, no weird tech stuff to figure out.

Amazing help for grief!

The Grief and Loss Program was such a lifesaver for me! I was really struggling, and this platform made it so accessible to get support. The exercises were incredibly impactful, I felt a noticeable difference after just a couple of weeks. I'm telling everyone I know about this because it truly made a difference for me!

Thinking about getting this for my teen, she's been struggling with some stuff. Does the teen module actually work well, or is it kinda basic?

C Cody Brooks 1 month ago
My nephew used the teen module and it seemed to click with him. It's designed to be pretty accessible and less intimidating than traditional therapy, which was good for him.

It's a structured program, so it depends on the teen, honestly. If they're open to trying it and following the steps, it can be really beneficial. There's also one for kids, so they do tailor the content.

Is Virtual EMDR covered by insurance? My policy usually covers some mental health stuff.

D Derek 2 months ago
Nah, pretty sure it's not. It's a self-guided program, not actual therapy with a licensed professional, so insurance generally won't touch it.

Yeah, I tried to check with my provider and they said no go. You're paying out of pocket for this one, unfortunately.

Hey guys, thinking of trying this out but kinda nervous it won't actually work for me. Is it legit or just some fancy app?

M Mia 1 month ago
I've been using it for a few months for anxiety, and honestly, it's helped a lot. It's not like magic, you gotta put in the work, but it definitely guides you through the EMDR process.

My therapist actually recommended it as a supplement to our sessions. I was skeptical too, but the structured approach is pretty solid. It's not a replacement for a live therapist though, just so you know.

Anyone know if they ever do bigger sales? I'm looking at the annual plan but 10-20% off isn't super exciting for me. Maybe like Black Friday or something?

S Sam Patel 2 months ago
I think I caught a bigger discount around Mental Health Awareness Month in May once. And I feel like I've seen bigger ones end of year too, like November/December. Keep an eye out then!

Yeah, they usually have some seasonal stuff. Doesn't hurt to sign up for their emails, you'll probably get alerted for any bigger promos.

How easy is it to cancel if I only want to try it for a month? Don't want to get stuck in some crazy subscription loop.

R Rachel A. 2 months ago
Super easy. I canceled my monthly subscription after a couple of months, literally just a few clicks in the account settings. No hassle at all.

Yeah, I used their free trial then canceled before it charged me. Didn't even have to talk to anyone. Pretty straightforward.
